Lily has been part of the Octopus Energy Group since March 2016 and was a founding member of the Customer Operations team. After four years of looking after Octopus Energy Customer Operations teams in the UK she transitioned into Kraken as it evolved into its own business. She has worked on delivering Kraken and establishing teams across the UK, Australia and US.  After a brief stint in Texas as the Customer Operations Director for Octopus Energy US, Lily moved to New York which is where she now lives. She has been working with National Grid for almost two years from the sales process through to the delivery.
