Heather Rock is an experienced leader with expertise across corporate strategy, climate and energy policy, and enterprise transformation. She helps organizations navigate complex external environments while driving internal alignment around long-term business value and sustainability outcomes. At Pacific Gas and Electric Company, she leads strategy and decarbonization planning as Senior Director of Strategy — guiding enterprise positioning on energy systems evolution, climate policy, and competitive risk. Heather also served as Chief of Staff to the EVP of Engineering, Planning & Strategy, and as Director of Climate Resilience, where she led enterprise climate adaptation initiatives and organizational design for a 4,400-person technical division. Earlier in her career, Heather advised on climate risk, policy, and geopolitics at Chevron and Eurasia Group — supporting executive decision-making on energy transition strategy, regulatory developments, and political risk across the Americas. She brings together strategic insight, sustainability leadership, and public affairs expertise to help organizations lead through disruption — and accelerate a just, clean energy transition.
